Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged, or altered, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us via our store's contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange for the same product.
Return Shipping Costs You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
